SMC Sheet Molding Machine
The SMC sheet molding machine is special equipment exclusively designed for SMC production. It consists of material pre-feeding, stirring, conveying, feeding, yarn cutting, pressing, winding and other components. The available material width ranges from 800mm to 2000mm. It is available in multiple control modes including manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
Composition of SMC Sheet Production Line
1. Upper and Lower Unwinding Device
One set each for film unwinding, ensuring the film enters the upper and lower paste areas wrinkle-free with adjustable tension.
2. Yarn Cutting Device
The distance between the cutting blade and cushion roller is pneumatically adjusted for convenient and quick blade replacement. The cutting length is adjustable with a tolerance less than 2mm; the cutting speed is also adjustable, enabling uniform fiber dispersion.
3. Impregnation and Compaction Device
Adopting upper and lower metal screen belt structure composed of a series of rollers and trough rollers. Pneumatic pressurization improves impregnation effect and ensures overall stability and uniform consistency of the sheet quality at all points.
4. Automatic Box Loading Device
It realizes automatic material collection and placement. Adopting automatic control during winding, the sheets can be evenly stacked into the storage box.
5. Microcomputer Control System
Equipped with microcomputer touch screen control, it integrates functions of yarn cutting, screen belt operation, conveyor belt operation and more.
6. Pneumatic Control System
Composed of air compressor and pneumatic components, it controls the pressurization of the cutting system as well as the impregnation and compaction system. The working pressure can be adjusted and quantified during operation.
